Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a smooth gaming experience.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to account management, gaming rules, promotions, and transaction issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively to uphold a high level of satisfaction.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions for future reference and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer-related issues efficiently.
  • Keep updated on gaming regulations, company policies, and new product offerings.
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance service delivery and overall client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the iGaming or online gaming sectors.
  • Strong understanding of online gaming platforms and practices in customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for effective problem resolution.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
