Education Specialist
As an Education Specialist, you will be a proactive, curious learner who thrives on creating impactful customer experiences. You will own and manage the Help Center, write and update documentation, and develop educational content that empowers both customers and Support Advocates to get the most out of our Tithely products. As part of the Strategic Ops team, you’ll also contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance internal team support and knowledge-sharing.
This is a full-time, 12-month temporary position with the potential for permanent employment in a similar capacity, or another opportunity within the Customer Experience Team.
Key Responsibilities
Product Release Education
Serve as a primary point of contact for product knowledge within the CX department.
Create, edit, and maintain release education materials to improve customer response efficiency.
Self-Guided Study (SGS) Program
Oversee weekly SGS production to ensure consistent, high-quality learning resources.
Maintain and improve Training Effectiveness Score to meet performance targets.
Educational Academies & Knowledge-Centered Support (KCS) Program
Develop and manage structured learning academies for internal and external education.
Support the KCS Program to enhance knowledge-sharing within the support team.
Help Center Management
Oversee all Help Centers, ensuring content is up to date and relevant.
Monitor usage and performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness.
Additional Projects
Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance education and training across teams.
Contribute to other projects as needed to support company and team goals.

Technical Qualifications
Required:
Minimum of 2 years working on SaaS products.
Proven ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
Excellent editing skills for written content
Passionate about self learning and teaching others
Preferred:
Clear understanding and knowledge of the Tithely suites of products
Office Requirements:
We are a fully distributed team (100% remote) with travel required 1-2 times per year.
A stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet.
Based and legally able to work full time in the US or Canada.
