About the role:
We are looking for a Field and Partner Marketing Manager to strengthen Scality’s leadership in the storage industry. This role will be instrumental in driving lead optimization, executing strategic events, localizing campaigns and fostering partner engagement across DACH and Eastern Europe—key growth markets for the company.
As a key member of the Global Field & Channel Marketing Team, you will work closely with regional VP, channel sales of the region and interact with corporate marketing, and digital marketing to create impactful field and partner marketing programs that accelerate pipeline growth and sales success.
Missions:
Develop and execute regional field marketing programs to drive demand, strengthen partner relationships, and support revenue growth.
Own end-to-end event management for industry conferences, partner summits, and user events—including pre-event planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.
Drive partner marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional channel sales strategies and partner engagement goals.
Support named account strategies, helping sales teams target high-value accounts with customized campaigns.
Enable the sales team by communicating and educating them on marketing programs, campaigns, and new initiatives.
Localize existing content to ensure marketing-driven leads are effectively nurtured through the funnel.
Analyze and report on program performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing impact.
Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI on programs and events.
Skills:
Native-level fluency in German (essential):
Good level in English is mandatory.
Understanding of account named approach, and partner relationship management.
Interest in marketing automation and CRM tools (experience with Salesforce, Pardot is a plus).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while working remotely and across multiple teams.
Marketing experience in B2B IT or high-tech industries (preferred).
