As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business by prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales for the Everbridge Critical Event Managed (CEM) Platform. You’ll be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving the adoption of our world-class platform across various industries.
What you'll do:
Develop an in-depth understanding of target buyers, industry trends, and competitor products.
Drive new business opportunities by prospecting and building a healthy sales pipeline.
Successfully identify and engage multiple stakeholders within organizations to drive sales.
Utilize a consultative, solution-selling approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Teams to execute targeted campaigns.
Consistently exceed sales targets and quarterly booking quotas.
Manage and accurately forecast business opportunities using Salesforce.
What you'll bring:
10+ years of sales experience in SaaS or hosted software, ideally within commercial accounts.
Proven experience selling into large commercial accounts.
Expertise in selling solutions related to Major Incident Management, Cyber Security Operations, Infrastructure Operations, DevOps, or Customer Support Operations.
A hunter mentality, with strong skills in multi-channel prospecting (cold calling, channel partner relationships, LinkedIn outreach, networking).
Strong ability to map solutions, consult, and create customized solutions for prospects.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
Familiarity with Salesforce and sales forecasting tools.
