Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights: 


Contract: Independent Contractor 

Schedule :  20 hours a week, Melbourne time/AEST, approximate start time: 9am/ 10am AEST

(Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) 


Job Description:
A remote marketing assistant is required to support the Marketing Manager in a fast-paced surface coatings company in Australia by assisting in various tasks, including:

 

Content Creation

Assist in creating marketing materials, such as social media posts, email newsletters, and website content. 

Social Media Management

Manage and update social media accounts, engage with followers, and track performance. 


Campaign Execution

Support the implementation of marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media advertising. 


Data Analysis

Collect and analyze data to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. 


Administrative Support

Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings, managing databases, and preparing reports. 


Analytics and Reporting

Help with creating reports on marketing campaign performance. 


Administrative Assistance

Assist with overflow of general office administrative tasks when required – filing, job card creation etc. Will be trained in the relevant processes.
