THE WORK:

Join us in a thrilling opportunity to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). You will have the chance to showcase your Influencing and Advisory skills, engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions. • Design, develop, and test custom software solutions across multiple system components or applications.
• Create implementation or integration approach for applications and components.
• Translate system requirements into design specifications.
• Provide primary support for installation of application releases into production.
• Design and code applications in line with programming standards and interface specifications.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Expert proficiency in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant related skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies

Technical Skills:

• Extensive experience with Rockwell FTPS, including system architecture design.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record in designing scalable and robust MES solutions tailored to pharmaceutical operations.
• Strong knowledge of system integration (e.g., MES to ERP, LIMS, SCADA, and other OT systems).
• Experience in cloud-based and on-premises MES deployments.

Strategic Skills:

• Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into comprehensive MES architectures.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for MES projects.

Leadership Skills:

• Experience in guiding cross-functional teams through MES implementation projects.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills to support validation and regulatory audits.
