Strategic Partner Director – CSP Strategy

Location: 100% Remote. Desired location is close to Partner HQ and Major Airport

The role...

Our Strategic Partner Director  role is responsible for establishing our overall strategy for all Cloud Service Providers.  This is a newly created role due to expansion after another record breaking year of growth at Armis.

What you'll do...

  • Establish the Strategy for our CSP’s on a Global level, including required investments and new Positions with Roles and Responsibilities.
  • Communicate and get Executive Buy in on strategy, as well as report against strategy on a regular basis.
  • Set KPI that will measure the success of the overall strategy and ensure 100% success against those targets.
  • Leverage Executive Relationships at Google and AWS in order to successfully execute in field and ensure Armis Executive introductions and regular check in’s.
  • Recruit and manage team to manage CSP’s.
  • Work with Operations to streamline Marketplace transactions, tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with RPM’s across the globe to ensure understanding and ability to execute with CSP’s and manage appropriate introductions.
  • Ensure proper contracts are in place and up to date.
  • Work with Partner Marketing to institute a overall Marketing Plan as well as attend and drive interactions at appropriate events.
  • Continue Armis current relationships and processes, while implementing new Strategy as to not take steps backward.
  • Assist in reactive management of non-strategic GSI within assigned region
  • Utilize relationships to drive visibility of Armis within Deloitte
  • Build CSP program within overall Armis Partner Program.
  • Work with our Services Team and AE’s to ensure appropriate Managed or Implementation Services Partner assigned to every deal and expectations and collaboration is agreed and documented
  • Educate field on Partner Value Proposition / Plan and how best to engage and work with Partners
  • Extend Partner Reach with collaboration of other Technology, Distribution or CSP Partners
  • Serve as escalation point for any and all sales or services issues

What we expect…

  • Experienced partner sales professional that is Creative, Collaborative and Determined to win
  • Understanding of and Executive Relationships with Google and AWS.
  • Minimum 5 + years prior experience working with Google and AWS for Channel focused SAAS company. 
  • Previous experience designing Partner Business / Channel Sales and Marketing plans
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
  • A self-motivated, independent thinker who understands the Cyber Security space and has worked in remote environment
  • Ability to sell complex Solutions with Services including but not limited to; Endpoint, XDR/EDR, Asset Discovery and Management, 
  • A proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability

The salary range guidance for this position is: $160,000-190,000 The salary range listed does not include other forms of compensation or benefits (i.e. bonuses, commissions, stocks, health insurance benefits, etc.) offered to candidates.
