Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the German market. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the German market to expand the company’s client base and market presence.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the localization industry.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape specific to the German market.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets in the localization sector.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.
Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients and partners.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the company.
Monitor and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights to the executive team.
Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and economic factors affecting the localization market in Germany.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and establish valuable connections.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the localization or translation industry, preferably in the German market.
Strong track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Fluency in German and English; additional languages are highly desirable.
