Summary: We are seeking a passionate Midweight Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with senior designers and support the Head of Brand and Design in creating impactful designs that reflect our company’s vision.

About the Job

Key Duties:

• Support the Head of Brand and Design to deliver impactful and successful creative for all campaigns and projects.
• Resize artwork and produce creative variations for best-practice testing.
• Update and manage digital assets ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Build, optimize, and manage landing pages in Unbounce.
• Provide design resources for personalized marketing materials and create high-quality presentations.
• Execute design and assembly of marketing collateral to a high standard while ensuring brand consistency.
• Create Sales pitch decks in PowerPoint and support all design-related projects.

Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

• Qualification in Graphic Design and/or 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere).
• Experience with HTML and Unbounce (desirable but not essential).
• Strong PowerPoint skills, including creation of master templates.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana (desirable but not essential).
• Exceptional creativity, innovation, and imagination.
• Strong layout design and typography skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work to briefs and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in taking projects from brief to completion and working with internal stakeholders.
