Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage diverse responsibilities across both business units. This role involves scheduling, customer service, marketing, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling: Create match draws and schedules for adult social competitions.
  • Communication: Send competition updates to teams via email.
  • Marketing: Develop and distribute marketing campaigns to past teams and leads (primarily using Mailchimp).
  • Social Media: Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
  • Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries via email, schedule free trials, manage account cancellations, and address general questions.
  • Coach Coordination: Manage daily coach schedules via WhatsApp, troubleshoot availability issues, and communicate with childcare centers.
  • Marketing: Send promotional emails to potential leads.
  • Social Media: Develop and post engaging content to promote programs.


Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience in customer service and/or client management.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Experience using WhatsApp for team communication and coordination.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and logistics.
  • Experience managing social media content.
  • Previous experience working with Australian clients/companies is highly desirable.
