Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more EU languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Dutch, etc.) and English, both written and spoken
  • No prior customer service experience needed; enthusiasm to learn is encouraged
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard software applications
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with company support
