Shopify Specialist

Schedule:

  • 35-40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (1 hour unpaid break) UK time zone

Job Description

We’re seeking a dedicated Shopify Specialist to manage and optimize our client’s thriving online store. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining an extensive product catalog across multiple home improvement categories, ensuring the e-commerce platform operates at peak efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of products while contributing to the growth of a successful online retail operation. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the digital storefront of a business that has successfully adapted to the modern retail landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive product catalog on Shopify
  • Execute new product launches by creating optimized listings
  • Remove discontinued items promptly to maintain catalog accuracy
  • Organize and optimize product collections for maximum visibility
  • Ensure all product information is accurately presented and sales-oriented
  • Implement consistent categorization across the store
  • Maintain proper inventory organization within the Shopify platform


Requirements

  • Proven experience working with Shopify platform and its features
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce product management principles
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and maintain product collections
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Strong English language communication skills
  • Experience with home improvement or furniture products is a plus
