Job description

What we are looking for

Lilt is looking for agencies or freelancers who can assist with subtitling post-processing (potentially also pre-processing).

Pre-processing: QAing subtitles against the provided script and making sure timecodes are in sync with the video. Subtitles are in English.

Post-processing: The subtitles will be in the target language already. Help is needed to post-process based on certain instructions and highlight any major issues related to framerates, safe area and other parameters. For this step, owning an EZtitles license is mandatory.

Guidelines will be provided for each step.

Please note that this is a remote, freelance contractor position.

Please also note that we only use Payoneer to submit payments to our contractors, so an active Payoneer account will be a precondition to work with LILT.

Requirements:

Proven professional experience in subtitling and subtitling pre-/post-processing. Please provide details of projects and clients relevant to your declared fields of domain expertise.
