Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, or related field (Honours degree advantageous).

  • Experience in an HR support or coordination role, with a strong understanding of recruitment and employee engagement.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Must be able to work 9 am to 5 pm EST time in a fully remote role.

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.

  • Support the HR team in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.

  • Help ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Assist with the onboarding of new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and resources are provided to facilitate their start at EyeCarePro.

Training and Development Support:

  • Assist in identifying training needs and helping to organize learning and development programs.

  • Help coordinate the logistics of training sessions and support the implementation of development initiatives.

  • Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs, assisting with improvements based on feedback.

HR Administration Support:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating HR records, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with company policies and labor laws.

  • Support HR team members with administrative tasks, including managing HR systems and responding to employee inquiries.

  • Help with the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications.

Organizational Effectiveness:

  • Assist with the analysis of organizational structures and support any improvement initiatives.

  • Provide administrative support in implementing change management processes as needed.

Company Culture Support:

  • Help promote and reinforce the company culture and core values by supporting HR programs and initiatives.

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company culture events or activities that align with EyeCarePro's values.

Employee Engagement Support:

  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and feedback sessions.

  • Help support HR efforts in creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with EyeCarePros mission and values.
