We’re looking for a driven and creative Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and help fuel our growth by generating high-quality meetings with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research target accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and internal databases.

• Develop and execute cold outreach strategies (email, phone, LinkedIn, and creative channels) to generate interest and book qualified meetings.

• Write personalized, compelling outbound messaging that grabs attention and communicates clear value.

• Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth hand-off of opportunities and align outreach with target personas and segments.

• Track activity and progress using our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

• Continuously test, optimize, and improve outreach strategies and sequences.

• Stay current on industry trends, buyer pain points, and DemandBridge’s evolving product suite.

Qualifications

· 1–5 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role, ideally in enterprise or B2B SaaS.

· Proven ability to book meetings and generate pipeline via outbound prospecting.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can craft messages that get responses.

· Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach.

· Highly organized, self-motivated, and persistent.

· Experience with CRM tools and modern sales prospecting platforms.

· Coachable, collaborative, and eager to grow within a fast-paced sales environment.
