About Pavago:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, particularly in Meta Ads, and a strong ability to optimize campaigns for maximum performance. This role focuses on driving lead generation, increasing conversions, and ensuring a high return on ad spend (ROAS) through strategic ad management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meta Ads Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to maximize lead generation and conversions.
  • Ad Copy & Creative Development: Craft compelling ad copy and visuals that engage target audiences and drive action.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Utilize tracking tools to analyze ad performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Industry Research & Innovation: Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Tracking Implementation: Set up and manage tracking tools, including Meta Pixel, Events Manager, conversions API, and UTM tracking, to ensure accurate data reporting.
  • Campaign Execution: Build and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram), including audience targeting, placements, budgets, and strategy.
  • Collaboration with Client Success Managers: Work closely with Client Success Managers to understand client goals, source approved creatives and copy, and ensure seamless ad execution.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Conduct weekly performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and apply data-driven optimizations.
  • Client Account Management: Oversee between 15-30+ client accounts, ensuring ongoing success and results.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit:
  • Proven Expertise: At least 3-5 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with high budgets ($30K-$300K per month) and a demonstrated ability to achieve a ROAS of 3x or higher.
  • Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: A strong drive to optimize campaign performance, reduce costs, and maximize conversions.
  • Fluency in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project Management & Communication Tools: Comfortable using Trello for workflow management and Discord for team collaboration.
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

Your day will begin with reviewing ad performance metrics, identifying key insights, and making necessary adjustments to optimize campaigns. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals and work on crafting new ad creatives. Throughout the day, you'll monitor budget allocation, track conversions, and test new ad strategies to improve overall results. You will also dedicate daily time to reviewing KPIs for existing clients, addressing urgent needs, and keeping the team informed of suggested optimizations or changes.
