We are seeking a talented and results-drivenGoogle Ads Specialistto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to achieve the best possible performance and maximize ROI. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop targeted strategies that drive traffic, increase conversions, and help our clients reach their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video platforms.
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to ensure the best targeting for ads.
Develop and implement strategies for paid search campaigns to increase traffic, conversions, and return on investment.
Continuously monitor and adjust bids, keywords, and ad copy to optimize campaign performance.
Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and overall campaign strategies to improve results.
Generate reports and provide insights on campaign performance, offering recommendations for improvement.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in Google Ads and online marketing to ensure campaigns are competitive and relevant.
Collaborate with other teams such as content, design, and social media to ensure consistency across all digital marketing efforts.
Manage budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective strategies are in place.
Requirements
Proven Experience:
Minimum of2-3 yearsof hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for different business sectors.
Strong experience in optimizing Google Ads accounts and understanding Google Ads analytics and metrics.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency inGoogle Adstools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Keyword Planner.
Experience inGoogle Ads Editor,Google Search Console, and other third-party tools.
Strong understanding ofGoogle Analyticsfor tracking and reporting KPIs.
Analytical Abilities:
Excellent ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make actionable recommendations.
Strong proficiency with performance tracking and using insights to optimize campaigns.
Campaign Management:
Demonstrated ability to manageSearch,Display,Shopping, andVideocampaigns.
Ability to manage large budgets and scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining cost-effectiveness
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly present data and insights to stakeholders.
Collaborative approach, working effectively within cross-functional teams.
Certifications:
Google Ads Certification(Search, Display, Video) is highly preferred.
Familiarity with other digital marketing tools and certifications (e.g., SEMrush, HubSpot, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
