3+ years of experience in web development and digital performance optimization. Strong experience in Shopify development, including customizations and third-party app integrations. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress. Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics, and tracking implementation. Marketing mindset with a portfolio demonstrating tangible improvements to performance or user experience. Experience supporting marketing automation or CRM-related development projects a bonus Interest or experience in working with AI tools and reviewing AI-generated outputs a bonus Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and how they impact conversion rates. Analytical ability to interpret data and make performance-based recommendations.

Core responsibilities:

Build and maintain high-performance websites, landing pages, and eCommerce stores (primarily Shopify). Optimize website speed, performance, and user experience to maximize conversions. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Implement tracking and conversion setup using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel. Troubleshoot technical issues, ensure mobile responsiveness, and enhance website functionality. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and paid media teams to ensure seamless web and campaign performance. Conduct A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) to enhance website effectiveness. Provide reporting and insights on web traffic, conversions, and customer behavior. Support marketing automation projects by assisting in the development and integration of systems that streamline campaign execution and performance tracking. Review and evaluate AI-generated tools and outputs for quality, usability, and accuracy. Identify opportunities to implement AI and automation tools that improve internal workflows or enhance
