Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch for the online bookstore
• Assist customers with inquiries about book orders and availability
• Handle issues related to order tracking and returns
• Offer recommendations and information on books and authors
• Document customer interactions accurately and effectively
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service quality
• Stay updated on promotions and new book releases

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Relevant experience in customer support is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a passion for customer satisfaction
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of online shopping platforms is an advantage
• A love for books and reading is essential
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
