Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support in Dutch for car leasing and financing inquiries
• Assist clients with understanding leasing options, terms, and conditions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions related to vehicle financing
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate customer experience
• Stay informed on industry trends and company products

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of car leasing and financing concepts is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Enthusiasm for cars and helping customers make informed decisions
• Willingness to relocate or live in Greece
