Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer an entry-level opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Care representative in our Beauty & Skincare Products Department in beautiful Greece!

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer service and interested in the beauty and skincare industry.

In this role, you will become the primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our extensive range of beauty and skincare products. Your responsibilities will involve providing expert advice, answering questions, and ensuring that each customer enjoys a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries about beauty and skincare products and services
  • Resolve any customer complaints and provide effective solutions
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records
  • Collaborate with team members to continually enhance service quality
  • Engage in product training to build your knowledge and expertise in beauty and skincare
  • Stay informed about new trends and products in the beauty and skincare industry

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
  • Genuine interest in beauty and skincare products is highly desirable
