Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer an entry-level opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Care representative in our Beauty & Skincare Products Department in beautiful Greece!

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer service and interested in the beauty and skincare industry.

In this role, you will become the primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our extensive range of beauty and skincare products. Requirements

Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
Genuine interest in beauty and skincare products is highly desirable
