Job description

At Puzzle, we’re not just building account software- we’re fundamentally reimagining it. Our cutting-edge platform seamlessly integrates with modern fintech tools, offering founders and finance teams a real-time and comprehensive view of their financial landscape like never before.

What we’re looking for

We are seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to own and drive growth initiatives that expand Puzzle's customer base, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue. In this role, you'll blend data-driven decision-making with creative experimentation to unlock new growth opportunities across our product funnel.

This is a high-impact role requiring collaboration with marketing, sales, engineering, and customer success to build and optimize experiences that accelerate adoption and expansion. If you're passionate about using data to unlock growth opportunities and have a track record of driving successful product-led growth initiatives, we want to talk to you.

What you’ll do
  • Contribute to the team who focuses on our growth funnel, from acquisition to retention, focusing on self-serve adoption, activation, and expansion

  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies, including pricing optimization, onboarding improvements, and feature-driven expansion tactics

  • Define, analyze, and track key metrics (activation rate, time-to-value, customer retention) to identify opportunities for growth

  • Partner with engineering and design to build scalable growth features, ensuring rapid iteration and clear success criteria.

  • Write detailed PRDs and translate business requirements into technical specifications

  • Collaborate with marketing on in-product campaigns and referral programs

  • Work closely with Puzzle's partnerships team, including our Decimal partnership, to develop shared KPIs and align on customer success initiatives that expand usage.

  • Conduct A/B tests, user interviews, and cohort analysis to uncover insights that guide product improvements.

  • Create and maintain the growth experimentation roadmap, maintaining clear documentation on outcomes and learnings.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS

  • Proven track record of driving growth outcomes through experimentation and data analysis

  • Strong understanding of growth frameworks (e.g., AARRR)

  • Experience leveraging product analytics tools (such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, Looker) to extract insights and measure success.

  • Strong product prioritization and roadmap planning abilities

  • Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams alike.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and drive alignment across stakeholders.

  • Strong product sense and user empathy, with the ability to balance business objectives with user needs

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a rapid iteration mindset

  • Bonus: Experience working with accounting, finance, or fintech products.
