Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Title: Acquisition Representative (Real Estate Wholesaling)

Location: Remote (Part-Time, 4 Hours/Day)
Schedule: Flexible between 9 AM – 5 PM Central, Monday to Friday

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Acquisition Representative to help identify and secure real estate deals from tax-delinquent homeowners. You will use our FreedomSoft CRM and provided scripts to contact property owners, assess potential deals, and negotiate purchase agreements. Your primary role is to connect with motivated sellers and lock in contracts. With performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect & Contact Sellers – Use cold calling, texting, and direct mail strategies to connect with homeowners in distress (tax-delinquent properties).

  • Negotiate Purchase Agreements – Speak with sellers, understand their situation, and negotiate favorable contracts.

  • Analyze Property Deals – Use market data and software tools to assess the profitability of each property.

  • Follow Up with Leads – Maintain consistent follow-ups using our CRM system to maximize conversion.

  • Document & Report – Keep detailed records of conversations and progress in FreedomSoft.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in real estate wholesaling, sales, or telemarketing.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to follow a structured sales script and CRM workflow.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and organized.

  • Basic understanding of real estate investing is a plus but not required.
