Minimum of 2.5 years in lead generation with a proven track record of success. Proven proficiency with HubSpot CRM, specifically in managing email-based contact campaigns. Exceptional email communication skills with an ability to customize outreach for different industries. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to ensure the correct information and templates are used per industry. Excellent scheduling and organizational skills to book appointments with the right team member based on location and availability. Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research to identify qualified leads and decision-makers. Experience in generating and interpreting data-driven reports to inform lead generation strategies. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with both sales and marketing teams.

Core responsibilities:

Utilize HubSpot CRM to conduct targeted, email-based outbound prospecting, ensuring the right templates are applied based on the industry. Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to gather accurate and relevant information for tailored outreach. Schedule sales appointments, demonstrations, and meetings by coordinating calendars and verifying the correct team member’s location and availability. Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of lead interactions in HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy for future follow-ups. Follow up with prospects via email to nurture leads, address queries, and overcome objections effectively. Generate and analyze reports on lead generation and appointment scheduling metrics to optimize outreach strategies. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve targeting, and align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
