A Fintech Client is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role focuses on driving growth through data-driven paid media strategies. The ideal candidate will be skilled in analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, display, and affiliate marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, presenting findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend across all channels to achieve marketing goals.
  • Implement A/B tests and other experimental designs to refine targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
  • Partner with creative and content teams to create compelling ad content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform performance marketing strategies.
