About CoreBridge Solutions

We are a U.S.-based outsourcing company providing front and back-office legal support for law firms in California, primarily in the personal injury space. We specialize in hiring skilled professionals in LATAM to support roles like litigation paralegals, case managers, intake specialists, demand writers, and more.

Job Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Legal Talent Manager based in Colombia to help us identify, screen, and manage top-tier legal support professionals for our U.S. clients. This is not a traditional HR role — you’ll be working with independent contractors and ensuring their successful placement and performance on legal support teams.

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential, as you’ll be conducting interviews, writing evaluations, and speaking with U.S. clients and contractors daily. This role also requires hands-on team coordination and performance oversight, including follow-ups and corrective action when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Screen, and interview candidates for roles in legal support (e.g., paralegals, legal assistants, case managers).
  2. Coordinate onboarding and initial training in collaboration with clients.
  3. Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality standards are met.
  4. Serve as the point of contact for both contractors and client accounts.
  5. Track attendance, responsiveness, and job performance.
  6. Assist in scaling talent pipelines for high-volume hiring needs.
  7. Provide feedback and resolve minor performance issues before escalation.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in recruitment or talent coordination, ideally in a BPO, legal staffing, or outsourcing environment.
  • Experience managing or supervising remote contractors or teams, including performance follow-up and accountability.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. personal injury law firms and the roles they hire for (preferred).
  • Bilingual fluency — must have strong English proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working on Pacific Time hours.
  • All candidates are required to complete an English and critical thinking assessment. Strong applicants may choose to interview first, but the assessment must be completed by all candidates before final consideration.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with U.S. clients.
  • Background in performance management or team coordination.
  • Legal services or staffing industry exposure.
Why Join CoreBridge Solutions?
  • 100% remote role with a growing international team.
  • Opportunity to work with well-established law firms in the U.S.
  • Autonomy, flexibility, and professional growth.
