We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Licensed Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong insurance background, and excellent customer service skills. As a Licensed Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business, cross-selling additional products, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities:Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat to understand their insurance needs. Provide expert advice to help our customers find suitable insurance coverage.Consistently meet or exceed sales targets (volume and GWP) and performance metrics while delivering a top-notch customer experience.Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.Cross-sell additional products to new and existing customers to maximize premium and ensure that customers’ businesses are fully coveredEnsure timely follow-up on promised customer communications including callbacks and emailsParticipate in ongoing training and development opportunities.Adhere to all state and federal insurance regulations and company policies.
