Role Summary
As our
Social Content Writer, your mission is to deliver highly localised, brand-aligned content for Google Business Profile and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) that connects, engages, and converts.
You’ll write content that’s clear, human, and tailored to small business owners — from florists in Fremantle to roofers in Rockhampton. You’ll work within our systems and team to deliver fast, accurate work with meaning.
Key Responsibilities
● Write and schedule weekly GBP and Meta content for multiple small business clients.
● Research and use suburb-specific language to create hyper-local posts.
● Translate client briefing notes into clear, trustworthy, and engaging copy.
● Adapt messaging to suit platform and audience (Meta vs. GBP).
● Ensure SEO best practices are followed (keywords, categories, CTAs).
● Collaborate with the Head of Content and offshore teams to complete reviews.

● 85%+ of Posts Meet GBP & Meta Content Standards on First Draft
● Content Revision Distribution:
○ 80% of posts require no revision
○ 15% of posts require only one revision
○ No more than 5% of posts should require two or more revisions
● 95% On-Time Post Delivery Rate
● 4.0+/5.0 Collaboration Rating from Team (Quarterly 360° Review)
Incentive Bonus Structure
If you hit 100% of your monthly KPIs:
→ You’ll receive a $100 performance bonus for that month.
If you hit 100% of your KPIs for three months in a row:
→ You’ll receive a $500 bonus at the end of the quarter.
