Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement & Operations Support:

    • Streamline operational processes and workflows for increased efficiency and reduced cost.
    • Support internal teams by handling day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring all systems run smoothly.
    • Identify areas for improvement and help implement process enhancements.
  • Project Coordination:

    • Assist in planning and coordinating various operational projects, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance.
    • Maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables.
    • Support senior leadership in project management tasks, ensuring team alignment with business goals.
  • Data & Reporting:

    • Prepare and analyze operational data to provide insights and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Create reports and dashboards that track KPIs, milestones, and other critical metrics for operational efficiency.
    • Assist in the implementation and management of software tools for reporting, task management, and resource allocation.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with various departments to coordinate activities and ensure smooth communication between teams.
    • Collaborate with leadership to align operations with organizational goals.
    • Support HR and recruitment functions, ensuring staffing needs are met and onboarding runs smoothly.
  • Administrative Support & Vendor Management:

    • Support in handling administrative tasks related to operations, such as procurement and vendor communications.
    • Assist in vendor contract management, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations, project coordination, or process management.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with overall business objectives.
