About the job
Are you a self-starter who thrives on delivering structured, high-impact customer projects? Do you build strong relationships, think commercially, and stay on top of the detail? If you're excited about owning complex implementations that directly drive company growth—we’d love to hear from you.
Role Overview
We are growing our Implementation team and looking for Implementation Consultants at varying levels of experience. You’ll lead the delivery of Ingrid’s products into our customers’ e-commerce environments—from kick-off to go-live—ensuring a smooth, structured, and impactful implementation.
This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, commercially aware, detail-oriented, and excited to work cross-functionally to drive value. We’re building the foundation for scale, and looking for people who thrive in remote or hybrid environments and want to help shape how we deliver. This role reports into the Head of Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management, Implementation & Relationship Building
- Lead customer implementations from start to finish, ensuring go-lives happen on time and with confidence.
- Build rapport and strong working relationships with customer stakeholders, creating trust and momentum throughout the process.
- Act as the SME for Ingrid’s products, while recognising that the customer is the SME of their own needs—together, you co-create solutions that drive value and ROI.
- Gather business requirements, configure Ingrid’s solutions, and support integration testing and validation.
- Maintain structured documentation of timelines, dependencies, blockers, and actions.
- Work with urgency and accountability to meet go-live timelines tied to Ingrid’s commercial targets.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Product, Integrations, Engineering, Sales, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated delivery.
- Engage the right internal teams at the right time, while remaining accountable for overall implementation success.
- Support stakeholder alignment across departments and customer teams to ensure clear ownership, timelines, and expectations.
- Share implementation insights and recurring feature needs with Product to support roadmap development.
3. Data-Driven Execution & Process Improvement
- Keep implementation data accurate and up to date—your tracking supports reporting, visibility, and better decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and contribute to scalable, repeatable playbooks.
- Provide structured feedback on customer readiness and prioritisation to help Ingrid focus on the right customers at the right time.
Who You Are
- A self-starter who takes responsibility for your success and the success of your customers.
- Commercially minded—you understand the link between implementation, go-live timing, and Ingrid’s revenue goals.
- Structured, proactive, and confident managing complex projects and cross-functional timelines.
- Comfortable managing a range of stakeholders—from hands-on e-commerce teams to senior decision-makers—in complex implementation environments.
- A strong communicator, with professional and succinct written communication skills.
- Comfortable working remotely or in hybrid settings, using collaboration tools effectively to stay aligned and connected.
- Curious and open to new ways of working—you actively use AI to boost productivity, solve problems, and work smarter.
- Able to balance customer needs with long-term scalability—always looking for solutions that benefit both the customer and Ingrid.
Experience & Background
- 4+ years of experience in implementation, project management, integrations, SaaS onboarding, or a similar role.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail tech is preferred, especially in areas related to Ingrid’s solutions.
- A degree in a relevant field is preferred, but equivalent experience is just as valued.
- Fluency in English at a business level is required; additional languages are a plus.
