This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the HVAC business, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and expenses related to HVAC services and products.
Monitor and track financial transactions to ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Generate financial reports, statements, and summaries to support decision-making and business operations.
Collaborate with the management team to develop budget forecasts, financial goals, and cost-saving strategies.
Utilize ServiceTitan software to record and track HVAC service orders, job costing, and customer invoicing.
Coordinate with the service and sales teams to accurately capture service data and job details in ServiceTitan.
Assist with payroll processing, tax filings, and financial audits as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to HVAC business finances.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper in the HVAC industry or related field.
Proficiency in using ServiceTitan software for job management and invoicing.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial procedures, and reporting standards.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliation.
