About the Role:

As a Sr. Engagement Manager, you will leverage your core background and experience delivering client-focused solutions to drive operational quality and excellence within our consulting and implementation services. This role requires strategic planning, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the industry to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external client projects, with an expected utilization target of 75-85%.
Own project execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met efficiently and effectively.
Advocate and enforce the use of the Agile framework to deploy solutions.
Conduct project workshops and regular project delivery meetings.
Define and manage client expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Prepare and deliver project status reports and other relevant deliverables.
Collaborate with colleagues to effectively manage resource allocations necessary to complete project tasks.
Drive progress effectively by leveraging exceptional people management skills to positively influence individuals who are not direct reports.

Qualifications: 

5+ years’ experience leading enterprise-level software implementation and/or consulting projects
5+ years of engagement/project management experience with a focus on driving quality and customer satisfaction from enterprise accounts
2+ years’ experience delivering projects using the Agile framework.
PMP Certification required, CSM preferred.
Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset and decision-making ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
Well-organized and adaptable to change.
Fluent understanding of SDLC (systems development lifecycle) and agile methodologies.

The salary range for this position is $145,000 - $160,000 base salary plus bonus. Proposed salary for the selected candidate will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market requirements, experience, training, and education.
