Job description

This is a remote position.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re REBORN, a creative media agency built on pace, performance, and passion. We partner with leading FMCG, tourism, and wellness brands to deliver campaigns that not only look good, but drive real results. We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, metrics-driven Campaign Manager who’s fluent in digital platforms and confident turning insights into action.

You’ll be expected to run multiple campaigns end to end, collaborating closely with internal teams and media vendors. You’ll also provide smart, insight-led reporting using analytics and media tools, not just pushing buttons, but telling the story behind the data.

This is a remote-first role, but availability to work within or close to Sydney business hours is essential.

This role is for someone with a proven ability to manage digital media campaigns independently. If you're still learning platform basics or aren’t confident interpreting performance data, this won’t be the right fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Retainer Campaigns (Monthly Always-On Work)

  • Plan and implement monthly paid media campaigns across multiple brands and platforms

  • Execute campaign setups with precision, including creative asset loading, audience targeting, and timeline management

  • Monitor live campaign performance and budgets daily, making proactive optimisations to hit KPIs

  • Produce insightful, on-brand monthly performance reports using tools like GA4, Ads Managers, and dashboards

  • Raise and track campaign POs and media spend for finance and operational visibility

  • Support media boosting and ad spend allocations across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and similar platforms

Project Campaigns (Short-Term or Seasonal Campaigns)

  • Collaborate with Strategy and Account teams to translate campaign objectives into media plans and platform forecasts

  • Manage campaign setup from end to end: trafficking, creatives, tracking links, flighting, and reporting infrastructure

  • Coordinate with media vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure launch success

  • Deliver weekly performance reports that highlight trends, opportunities, and recommendations

  • Attention to detail is non-negotiable. You can spot typos in reports, incorrect campaign pacing, or errors in naming conventions without being prompted

  • Deep understanding of digital media metrics and how they map back to client objectives

  • AI-smart, not AI-reliant. You use AI tools to increase efficiency, not to replace understanding or critical thinking

  • Confident communicator. You explain what the data means, not just what it says

  • Fast, but thoughtful. You manage time well and don’t need constant reminders

  • Proactive mindset. You flag problems, find solutions, and aren’t afraid to suggest a better way

  • Strong experience with performance reporting and insight generation across paid media

  • Media boosting, ad set adjustments, and platform optimisation experience is a must.


Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in campaign or performance media roles (agency background preferred)

  • Hands-on experience across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok is a must

  • Digital expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok, Meta Business Manager, and tools such as GA4, GTM, CM360

  • Experience with Looker Studio (or similar) for building clear, visual campaign reports

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (First 90 Days)

  • You’ll report to the Strategy Director and work alongside 2–3 Account Service leads

  • Own the delivery of monthly paid reports for 5+ brands

  • Launch at least two new campaigns from end to end

  • Identify and implement at least one performance optimisation using data

  • Support across new business pitches
