This is a remote position.

Background:

 

Started in June 2020, 21K School is an online-only School with personalised, affordable and flexible education for K-12 students globally. It is a category creator in the formal K-12 space of Education, offering high-quality schooling to students irrespective of their location and time zone. 

 

Our goal is to make quality education accessible, affordable and flexible for all students irrespective of their location or socio-economic background. We are a 100% online school and presently offer three curricula for our students - Indian, American and British. 

 

We are expanding our Team and are looking for passionate Instructional and Pedagogical Leaders in K-12 Space to be a part of the path-breaking journey.


        Role:

  • The ideal candidate is a motivated, organised individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with prospective parents of students at 21K School. Experience of working in B2C Industry Segment is must, with expertise in managing team and driving sales through team of tele callers and sales executives.


Responsibilities
  • Managing the Sales Team from end to end sales cycle including processing / calling Leads generated for admissions at 21K School for various programmes offered in India and abroad.
  • Motivate team to proactively follow-up with leads and ensure effective, timely handling of all queries
  • Ensure Sales Team has the expertise in product information for effective sales call with Parents.
  • Update CRM promptly and prepare reports regularly as required from time to time.
  • Coordinate with other Sale Managers and cross-functional teams. 
  •  Speak to customers and understand their paint points, sales efficienctly and marketing communication needs

  •  3+ years of sales experience managing a team of more than 10 executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Language
  • Persuasive, Responsive and Proactive in working
  • Willing to work from home with own laptop, mobile and hi-speed internet
  • Stability in work history and commitment to work long time.
  • Must be able to join immediately or at a short notice
