Position Summary

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will develop and implement strategies that empower our sales team with the tools, training, and resources needed to excel. In this critical role, you will enhance sales performance through optimized onboarding, streamlined processes, and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment. This position reports to the Director of Product Marketing.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales onboarding program to accelerate new hire productivity
  • Develop ongoing training initiatives, including sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted coaching programs
  • Manage and optimize the use of CRM and sales enablement platforms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain a centralized repository of sales assets, including pitch decks, case studies, and objection-handling guides
  • Work closely with marketing to align content and messaging with sales needs
  • Analyze sales data and key performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership based on data analysis
  • Implement feedback loops with the Sales team to continuously refine enablement strategies
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies
  • Support Sales leadership with strategic planning and execution of Sales initiatives
  • Act as a bridge between Sales and other departments to improve communication and collaboration


Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in full-cycle sales
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Experience in developing training programs and sales playbooks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate sales teams
  • Analytical mindset with experience using sales metrics and KPIs to drive decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities

 

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Compensation

$70,000-$80,000 depending on experience
