Job description


JDOnline Connect is looking for General Virtual Assistants to provide administrative support to our clients in their businesses while working remotely. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, organized and proactive.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond to emails and phone calls.


  • Manage Calendars - Booking appointments with clients, calendar management.


  • Make travel arrangements - Book travel and accommodations.


  • Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records.


  • Organize clients files (cloud or local drive).


  • Create presentations and reports according to instructions given.


  • Conduct online research.


  • Provide customer service as you will be the first point of contact.


  • Performing other duties related to General VA role when needed.
