Job description

The General Virtual Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to enhance productivity and efficiency for the client's organization. The role involves a wide range of tasks, requiring exceptional communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to emails and phone calls

  2. Schedule meetings

  3. Book travel and accommodations

  4. Manage a contact list

  5. Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records

  6. Organize client's calendars

  7. Perform market research

  8. Create presentations, as assigned

  9. Address employees administrative queries

  10. Provide customer service as the first point of contact

  11. Enter data into a system

Requirements:

  1. Willingness to do voice tasks 
  2. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, BPO employee, or a relevant corporate role 
  3. Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  4. Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)

  5. Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills

  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  7. Results & detail oriented, high achiever, organized, and systematic.

  8. Basic to advanced command of computers, various software programs

    and navigating the Internet.
  9. Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)

  10. Willingness to work in the overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
  11. Willingness to be an independent contractor.

  12. Possesses a computer with the following minimum technical specifications:
    1. PROCESSOR
      1. Intel i3, i5, or i7 8th Gen or higher

      2. AMD Ryzen 3 or higher

      3. Apple M1 and higher

    2. RAM: 8 GB or higher

    3. OS
      1. Windows 10 or newer

      2. MacOS Catalina or newer

    4. INTERNET: at least 15Mbps wired connection

    5. Headset with Noise Cancelling Features
