Job Purpose Summary
As a Sr. Analyst, Commercial Operations & Analytics, you will play a critical role in driving Corza Medical’s commercial strategies for the Wound Closure business. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Commercial teams to develop, manage, and optimize commercial and pricing strategies, ensuring market competitiveness while maximizing revenue & profitability. Your role will be essential in driving commercial visibility through developing PowerBI dashboards, sales tools, and automating reports to produce business insights, raise awareness and optimize commercial performance. Your role will align pricing structures with GPO contracts and distributor agreements, all while driving insights to improve pricing performance. The essential qualities to thrive in this role include possessing strong data analysis, business acumen and stakeholder management skills to enable swift, yet informed decisions.
What you will do
Develop and maintain pricing models that align with business objectives and market conditions.
Design and maintain PowerBI dashboards, reports and tools to track commercial performance, trends and KPIs.
Oversee GPO contract pricing tiers, manage local vendor contracts, and ensure accurate price alignment with distributors and customers
Analyze customer and product performance, providing insights to drive commercial & pricing improvements, contributing to margin growth and competitiveness.
Lead the administration of pricing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP).
Conduct detailed analysis on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to inform pricing decisions and strategies.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and insights generation that drive business decisions.
Serve as a key point of contact for Sales, Finance, and Commercial Operations, ensuring consistent and timely communication regarding pricing inquiries, contract updates, and strategy shifts.
Develop, produce, and present commercial reports & trends aligning with aggressive timelines.
Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies, managing exception approvals efficiently.
Ensure adherence to all pricing policies and contract requirements, maintaining compliance with GPO and distributor agreements.
Lead & support commercial project initiatives as needed such as annual price initiatives.
What you will need
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
5+ years of Commercial Operations, Pricing or Financial analysis experience, preferably within medical devices, healthcare, or a similar growth-oriented industry.
3+ years of complex pricing strategies experience including GPO contracts, pricing tiers, and distributor relationships.
Proven ability to manage complex pricing strategies and contract administration, including experience with GPO.
Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions (Power Query, PivotTables, VLOOKUPS, SUMIFS) and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (PowerBI) required.
Possess an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality.
Works well with a high-degree of flexibility in fast paced, often ambiguous and rapidly evolving environment.

A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this role is $100,000 - $135,000. Further, pay that is offered is based on geographic location, internal equity, market data, applicant’s job-related skills, commensurate experience, required licensures, certifications and certain degrees.
