Position Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Services Specialist to join our growing team in India. In this role, you'll support the planning and delivery of virtual and hybrid events for our customers, helping them create impactful experiences using the Goldcast platform.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s excited about events, technology, and providing amazing service. You’ll work closely with our Event Services team to ensure clients feel confident, supported, and successful before, during, and after their events.

What You’ll Do

Event Support:

  • Assist with the setup and execution of client events, including dry runs, technical checks, and day-of-show support
  • Coordinate timelines and logistics alongside the Event Services team
  • Ensure seamless platform configuration and quality delivery of every event

Client Communication

  • Be a trusted, responsive partner to our customers during the full event lifecycle
  • Help gather event requirements and ensure our services align with client goals
  • Maintain clear, respectful, and timely communication at all times

Platform Support & Technical Guidance

  • Become an expert in the Goldcast platform and its features
  • Guide clients through technical challenges and support their use of our tools
  • Offer best practices to help clients get the most value out of their events

Event Data & Insights

  • Track event metrics like registration and attendance
  • Assist in post-event reporting and identifying insights to improve future experiences

Team Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, sales, and product
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and delight our customers
