Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Frontend Engineer with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining user-facing features, ensuring a seamless user experience, and collaborating closely with designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality web applications.
 

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, test, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications.

● Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

● Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

● Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.

● Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and data services.

● Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development and UI/UX design.

● Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

● Troubleshoot and resolve frontend-related issues and bugs.
 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

● Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).

● Experience of minimum 4 years with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.

● Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).

● Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).

● Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development.

● Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, Context API, etc.).

● Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming.

● Proficiency in version control systems like Git.

● Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Mocha) is a plus.

● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).

● Familiarity with progressive web apps (PWAs) and accessibility (WCAG).

● Basic knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Express, Firebase, etc.) is a plus.

● Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
