Virtual Assistant Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who can assist the team with administrative work, communicate through multiple channels and organized in managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

Answer or make phone calls and email correspondence to clients/customers
Handle administrative tasks assigned to support the team
Collaborate with client and team members on projects and requirements
Coordinate, source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
Manage calendars and organize clients schedules and events
Manage blogs and social media accounts including responding to online queries
Use different tools and applications such as Canva, Google Suite or Microsoft Office to create collaterals, posts, assets, reports or other deliverables needed
Organize and update database, records, reports and other administrative files
Assist with special projects and other related tasks or duties as requested

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years proven track experience as a Virtual Assistant
Must have various experience in doing administrative tasks and project management
Must have exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Google Suite, Canva and other systems or tools to ensure efficiency
