Job description

As a training and support specialist, you will work closely with Team Leaders to support your assigned team in key areas such as recruitment, onboarding, quality assurance, and other essential tasks. In addition, you will play a vital role in driving company growth by engaging potential customers, nurturing their interest, and efficiently scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Engaging in recruitment efforts to identify top talent based on culture fit, skills, experience, and qualifications
  • Conducting onboarding activities to ensure smooth transition for new hires
  • Providing guidance and support to new team members, helping them acclimate to their roles and the company’s processes
  • Serving as a resource person for answering questions and addressing concerns during the onboarding period
  • Participating and documenting processes and improvement initiatives; conducting training activities as needed
  • Qualify leads and opportunities based on set criteria before assigning them to the Sales Team
  • Assisting in quality assurance activities (as needed) to ensure adherence to company standards and optimize customer experience
  • Making outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of consistently delivering agreed targets
  • Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team
  • Inputting information into our system accurately, representing the company professionally in conversations, and ensuring all calls meet company standards and requirements

Requirements

  • With at least 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Support Specialist or Subject Matter Expert (Sales calls related) or in a similar role
  • Experience working w/ any CRM Tools (Salesforce is a plus but not required)
  • Experience with MS Office Tools
  • With prior experience with training, onboarding, and recruiting
  • Must have a strong and stable internet connection
  • Has a designated professional and quiet workspace
  • Amenable to working on a graveyard shift
