As an award-winning global leader in this space, we’re now looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to take our brand, product, and regional marketing to the next level.

This role is for a strategic yet hands-on leader who understands the hospitality tech industry inside out, knows how to reach the right clients (not just all potential clients), and is obsessed with high-quality content and brand positioning. Daily activities:

  • Shape and lead a marketing strategy that brings together product, brand, and regional marketing — with a focus on our key markets in Europe, APAC, and the Middle East.
  • Develop and lead an ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategy.
  • Oversee content creation to ensure top-tier, engaging, and conversion-driven materials that align with our brand vision.
  • Drive demand generation through innovative digital marketing, campaigns, and data-driven strategies.
  • Partner closely with client-facing C-level executives to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue goals.


Requirements
  • Strategic mindset — you can build a vision and roll up your sleeves to make it happen.
  • Experience in hospitality tech is a big plus — you get the industry, the challenges our clients face, and how to position solutions that really speak to them.
  • Proven experience in ABM and demand generation, with a track record of successfully targeting and converting high-value clients.
  • Strong brand and content marketing expertise — you set high standards for design, storytelling, and messaging.
  • AI-curious and data-driven — you stay ahead of the curve, know how to leverage AI tools, and make decisions backed by insights.
  • Tech-stack savvy — comfortable navigating marketing platforms, CRM systems (like HubSpot), and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset — you love digging into data, tracking performance, and optimising based on what works.
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience managing marketing teams and working across multiple regions.
