Job description

Position Title – Delivery Executive

Responsibilities:

· Pick up grocery orders from our warehouse or designated partner stores.

· Deliver orders to customers' homes, apartments, or businesses within designated timeframe.

· Ensure safe and proper handling of groceries to maintain freshness and quality.

· Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.

· Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, helpful, and professional.

· Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch to address any questions or concerns.

· Maintain accurate records of deliveries and complete necessary paperwork.

· May require collecting payments or verifying ID checks (depending on company policy).

Mandatory Requirement:

· Aadhaar Card

· Pan Card

· Bank Details

· Registered two-wheeler - Bike / Scooter / Electric Vehicle (EV) / Cycle

· Valid Registration of two-wheeler

· Valid Driver’s License

Shift Duration:

"Work hours are scheduled for 8.5 hours per day, 6 days a week. Please note that one day off can be taken only between Monday to Thursday, and attendance is mandatory on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays."

Earnings and Payout:

Min – INR 12000 to Max – 45000

*Earnings may vary depending upon city, number of deliveries and payment slabs

*Payments will be disbursed on weekly basis
