Job Description
We are currently looking for dedicated support to join our growing Inside Sales team in the area of Inbound Lead Qualification for the German market. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for qualifying incoming inquiries, initiating first contacts, and effectively passing potential customers on to our sales team.

Your Responsibilities:
- Qualify incoming leads via phone, email, or digital channels
- Conduct initial needs assessments and evaluate sales opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the sales and account management teams to develop leads further
- Maintain and update all customer contacts, activities, and notes in the CRM system
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling potential
- Support the analysis of customer feedback to continuously improve our services
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience from the very first point of contact
- Fluent German skills, both written and spoken (mandatory requirement)
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- A completed degree or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, structured working style, and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Interest in sales processes, digital tools, and modern customer communication
- Willingness to learn, agility, and a high level of self-initiative
