Job description

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry and Enrichment Specialist to support a critical growth initiative. This role involves processing, enriching, and organizing data, as well as assisting in outreach campaigns to engage with Catholic-owned businesses. The ideal candidate should excel in repetitive tasks, possess strong organizational skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Enrichment:
  • Review and extract contact information from bulletins available online.
  • Use AI tools to verify, enrich, and fill in missing data into Google Sheets.
  • Cross-check and validate the accuracy of contact details and ensure all fields are complete.
  • Data Organization:
    • Associate advertisers with parishes using a predefined parish ID system.
    • Maintain clean, organized, and well-structured spreadsheets for easy access and analysis.
  • Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
    • Work closely with the team and provide insights to optimize workflows and enhance the overall data enrichment strategy.

    Requirements

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Experience working with Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools.
    • Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven tasks.
    • Proficiency in English for understanding, verifying, and organizing data.
    • Ability to use AI tools for data enrichment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • A commitment to supporting the Catholic community and its values is a plus. The ideal candidate should be a practicing Catholic or have a strong understanding of Catholic values and principles, as they will be engaging with Catholic businesses and parishes.
