In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries and providing expert support for our range of home entertainment products. Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in German.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to home entertainment systems and related products.

  • Educate customers about product features, specifications, and usage.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support, especially in technology or home entertainment, is preferred.
  • Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for home entertainment systems.
  • Ability to solve problems and provide effective solutions to customers.
