It's time to build. Whether it's creating more housing, upgrading our infrastructure, or adapting to climate change, one thing is clear: the construction industry is at the center of solving our biggest problems. We’re making buildings cheaper and easier to build by transforming the way commercial construction companies buy their materials. Join us.
Founded in 2018, Kojo is now one of the fastest-growing construction technology companies in the world. Construction accounts for $10 trillion in global spend annually and we can’t live without its output - our roads, schools, hospitals, and offices. Despite this, there’s been very little innovation over the past 70 years in how materials - which constitute up to 40% of project costs - are bought and sold. This is our opportunity.
The Director of Partnerships at Kojo is a high impact role focused on helping us win market share by expanding our presence across multiple channels. To accomplish this you will be building and strengthening internal and external relationships that drive revenue, grow awareness, and help us execute new routes to market.
This role will include:
Building and growing relationships with technology, referral, and reseller partners in parallel with executing strategies to engage vendors, distributors, and customers that drive both pipeline and revenue
Mapping and engaging the entire ecosystem in lockstep with CEO and VP of Growth
Researching new channel opportunities in line with emerging market trends
Leading partnership negotiations, structuring deals and working closely with finance teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts and compliance
Formulating and implementing a partner account management plan to ensure that business relations are properly maintained and continue to meet quarterly targets
Presenting market research to the executive team and recommended strategies to drive growth for the business
Working closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in partner strategies, effective onboarding, and seamless integration of partners into Kojo’s ecosystem.
Building the proper infrastructure and support model to track and enable our partner ecosystem
Representing Kojo Technologies at industry events, conferences, and meetings. Build the company’s profile as a trusted partner and thought leader in the industry.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented, and driven candidate will thrive in this role. If you’re excited about developing relationships and driving revenue, apply with us!
