Job Description

The Advisor I, Blended Support position interfaces with customers via inbound calls/chats/emails, outbound calls/chats/emails, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

This is part of the job  

Your work consists of providing customers with the best possible support and service via phone, email and social media. You will actively listen to what the customer needs help with, troubleshoot on the customer's behalf and solve the customer's problem to the best of your ability.  

  

You should enjoy working independently and taking your own initiatives. Furthermore, we look for you to have very good social and verbal skills, expressing yourself well in speech and writing. You are proactive in nature, passionate about service and responsive to customer needs. We look for a positive attitude, easy to learn new things, solution-oriented and have no problem adapting to new situations. You should be able to keep many balls in the air as there is great variation in what our customers need help with.  

   

The role is based from home. You'll work in 8 hour long shifts, ranging from 9:00 to 22:00 from Monday to Sunday, giving you a better chance to manage your free time.  

  

Your qualifications   

Concentrix and you are a good match if you:  

  • Are fluent in Lithuanian;

  • Have a good command of English (at least B2) and Russian (at least B2) languages, both oral and written; 

  • Have a good attitude to learn and develop as a person; 

  • Good computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office; 

  • Can start with us in May or June.
