We are looking for a Product Owner II who will:

The Product Owner II will be responsible for delivering new features from scratch for CSG’s cloud based digital BSS Ascendon Platform. An exciting opportunity currently exists for a Product Owner with extensive product development experience to join our growing R&D team.

Preparation and participation in PI planning – Work with Product Management and other stakeholders to understand and clarify candidate features; collaborate with Technical Leads and other Product Owners on cross-team features to develop business use cases and assist in developing Level 0 estimates. Support team by providing context around functional and non-functional requirements, dependencies and minimum viable product, resolving ambiguities and clarifying relative priorities.
Participation in sprint work – Produce stories and define acceptance criteria; refine backlog and adjust backlog priorities as necessary; guide team with through Q&A and clarification; assist with exploratory testing or other verification as needed; formally accepts stories with support from the team and story demos.
Grooming and facilitating defect backlog – Maintain team defect backlog; work with client services and other external groups to prioritise backlog effectively.
Maintain awareness of customer implementations – Contextualise Product Management requests by liaising with services, managed services and where possible, customers, so the intent of requests is deeply appreciated.
